Welcome to the GO Foundation, a heartfelt initiative founded by sisters Jessica Downey and Jeannie Owsley in 2024, in loving memory of Gwendolynn Owsley.

GO Foundation was formed as a non-profit to honor Gwendolynn’s dream of uplifting at-risk youth, focusing on the vital early years to foster lifelong health and happiness. We are dedicated to providing high-quality education, support for families, and a range of resources, including scholarships for childcare, parenting classes, and mental health programs. Together, we can create a brighter future for our community's children and families.

Our Mission

Strengthening communities by offering innovative, high-quality childcare and resources that promote the lifelong well-being of children and their families. We will reintroduce community in early childhood education through play-based learning and fostering lasting relationships.
